Yes.  All the protocols are designed to be progressive over a few weeks i.e. they begin with very basic moves and as you build strength and become more comfortable with the movements, you can progress to more challenging exercises.  

All programmes are designed to do at your own, safe pace and are yours to keep for life. 

This really depends on the problem.  If you have had the issue for a long time, it's likely it will take longer to 'undue' the patterns.  

Your pain may be the result of poor alignment for the last 20 years, in which case it will not rectify overnight.  

Muscles take time to adjust so we recommend you do the exercises and stretches as often as possible to see faster results. 

Having said that some people do notice a difference almost immediately.  

In general most people feel better within 2-4 weeks and then by 6-8 weeks are in noticeably less pain (70-90% reduction).  Others are completely pain free. 

 

If you do not know the cause of your pain we always recommend you seek the help of your GP or medical practitioner for a diagnosis.  

This site is NOT a diagnostic tool, it is a series of exercise protocols to follow once you have seen your doctor and had any relevant scans / diagnosis.  

If your medical practitioner has given you the all-clear to exercise then you may choose the programme most relevant to you. 

Yes, all full courses (not taster) come with lifetime access so you can revisit it whenever you like. 

No.  The programmes have been designed so that you do not need to buy anything special in order to complete them.  

If you have a Pilates or Yoga mat to lie on that's great, if not you can just work on a carpeted floor.

No I don't.  This is because the programme has been designed specifically for you and is not an 'off-the-shelf' product.  

Ultimately I can show you the way, but it's up to you whether you put in the work.  

If you do, you will achieve the results.
